Throwback Thursday
Little Falynn turns 1 in just a few short weeks. It’s crazy to think her country chic newborn session was almost a year ago! I can’t wait to photograph her upcoming first birthday session.
Falynn’s Mommy and I have been friends since we were in middle school. I remember the beautiful, out-going, blonde and our shenanigans as we explored Busch Garden’s during our Peer Counselor Field Trip, our choir field trip to Disney and me earning the Olympic gold in gymnastics as I somersaulted head first down her stairs.
I still giggle so hard when I think about landing with a splat at the end of her stairs. As an adult, I wish I could say I grew up to be more graceful, but that would be a bit of a lie.
When Sheena contacted me about a session, I was so honored and thrilled to photograph her beautiful baby girl!
There was one photo that Sheena wanted in particular. Since hunting is a big part of their life, Sheena requested that I work some of my “unicorn magic” and create a photo of Falynn in the forest. Butterflies are also very special to Sheena, so I made sure to add those as well.

Here are some of my favorite photos from Falynn’s newborn session. She was so sweet and smiley as she schnuggled in the arms of her family. Being a little Southern Belle, I made sure to include lace and pearls, giving her a country chic newborn session.
